Oh my God! I'm the host this week.

I am hosting the Carnival of the Recipes this week.  The deadline for submissions is midnight Eastern Standard Time tonight.

Due to the fact I have yet to look in the Carnival inbox, it's going to take me a while to compile it all, so I will likely be up late, and I will check the mail a couple of more times before I am done in case there are any late submissions.
