From left to right, The Complete Works of O. Henry (1911), Biography of Andrew Jackson, President of the United States, Formerly Major General in the Army of the United States (published in 1835), The Speeches of Charles Phillips, Esquire (published in 1820), McGuffey's Eclectic Primer (1909), and The Memorial Volume of Jefferson Davis (1889).

great selection. i gave up on old books when i discovered that the kids and dogs both seemed to like to chew on them much more than any "approved" chewtoy. oh well.
