This is the view Ali and I enjoyed from the terrace of our room at the Hôtel Roma Sacré Coeur in Montmartre.
When we checked in on that Monday afternoon, and walked out on the terrace for the first time, I said to her that we had to sit out there one evening and drink champagne. We never got a chance due to our hectic schedule and rainy weather the three days we were there.
The next time we visit Paris, we will try to reserve the same room.
See the extended post for a couple of views inside our room.

This was a window of colored glass blocks in the wall dividing the bedroom from the bathroom. It was over the head of the bed.
The decor of the rooms was very Art Deco.
This painting hung on the wall next to the door out to the terrace.
The hotel was seven stories tall, but only had about 6 rooms per floor. Our room was on the top floor.
It was a really charming place. I especially liked the AstroTurf that carpeted the hallways and stairs.
If you ever visit Paris and need a place to stay, you can't go wrong with this hotel. Tell them Ali and Allan sent you.

I love the painting and glass blocks!

When I lived in Paris, Montmartre was named the 51st state of the US.
Lovely hotel...
