Between a change in the weather (cold front, low pressure, and storms), and a bunch of bicycling lately, my knees are killing me. I grabbed the Advil bottle and dumped 3 liqui-gels on the counter. Yep, that's 600 mg. Before I swallowed them, I took this photo. I couldn't resist.
I'm such a geek.

hey! that's a cool shot!! seriously - slabby's right.
i'm preparing myself with tylenol for arthritis pain. this 38 yr old is starting physical therapy for my right knee - i have a torn meniscus (sp?) among other things. and my frickin insurance won't allow an MRI (though my doctor said he'd send me for one immediately so we could begin treatment and see if i have what he suspects is ligament damage as well) until i have an xray, and go through 4 weeks of physical therapy, first. THEN i can have the MRI. (eyes rolling)
anyways ---- that IS a great shot. send it to the company!
