The Prisoner
With the warm weather this spring, Ali and I have been spending a lot of time outside on the patio.
Mr. Jones hasn't been happy. He claws at the backdoor and meows incessantly. So a couple of days recently, we have put him in his carrier and brought him outside with us.
He freaks out a bit at first, but eventually settles down and seems to enjoy being with us.
Last night he joined us, and our friends A and J, while we enjoyed some cold beers before dinner. I had my camera with me and took this photo. The late afternoon light was just too good to pass up.
Posted for the Friday Ark and the Carnival of the Cats.

How about building him a cat-run, and an 'open' cattery at the end? I'm sure he'd never come back inside, but it would give him the outdoor freedom he wants, without losing him to the neighborhood.

He looks like a lion in that shot. Scary, grim face!

I like to go outside on my harness and leash! It's lots of fun.
ps: I think his face is CUTE!

Mr. Jones, you need to get a harness so you can go outside with your humans. I love being outside in our yard on my harness. :)
